Fallback

While we should always aim to use GT Walsheim across all outcomes, there will be occasions where we need to use software which has a limited set of typefaces, for example, Google Docs or Slides.

Our fallback typeface is Poppins when the word count is under 200, or Inter when the word count is over 200.

TypefaceWhen to use
PoppinsUnder ~200 words
Inter200+ words

You can download Poppins and Inter from Google Fonts.

System Fallback

There are several platforms we use—such as HubSpot and Rippling—where font options are limited. We use Helvetica across these platforms, as it is often available.

If Helvetica is not available, please contact the Brand team at brand@convorelay.com.
